Azumanga Preschool Volleyball is a summer sports game featuring characters from the Azumanga Daioh spin-offs Azumanga Preschool and Takeru & Hikari developed by Azumanga Interactive, and published by Bandai Namco Games for the Bandai Extreme, Bandai Revolution, Bandai Chaos, and Bandai PocketTurbo.
The Bandai Extreme and Revolution versions are original games where you can play as 3 characters and with more advanced options, while the Bandai Chaos and PocketTurbo versions are hacks of "Popeye: Beach Volleyball" on the Sega Game Gear. Unlike the original game, you can select any 2 characters you can play as instead of only one.
This game involves Chiyo Chan and the sport of beach volleyball. The object is to score 15 points while preventing the opponent from doing the same.
In the Bandai Extreme and Revolution versions, you have more advance options to change the character's swimsuits, enable hard shots (which will make your ball shoot right through the grid making it easier to beat your opponent), and change the difficulty on the mini games.
The Bandai Chaos and PocketTurbo versions allows you to choose any 2 characters on the character select screen.
