Bandai CD know as the Bandai Neo-CD in European and Japanese (バンダイネオCD, Bandaineo CD) is a 64-bit add-on console for the Revolution from Bandai Namco Games released in September 8, 2009 In Japan, September 14, 2009 in North America, October 5, 2009 in Europe, Along with Bandai PocketTurbo Plus. It resembles the Sega CDX. It also comes with a memory card to save where you left off on a game, like PS2, PS3, Xbox (original), and Xbox 360, it also play DVD and Blu-Ray.

The console's start up screen features the Bandai Namco Games logo with the Sega fanfare from the Sega Saturn Virtua Fighter, then a CGI animated B-Sha from "Megadimension Neptunia VII" dancing next to the Bandai CD logo, and once a disc of a game is inserted and booted up, the mascots of Azumanga Interactive: Chiyo Chan, Miruchi, and Yuka appear on top of the Bandai Namco Games logo waving at you.

Unlike the Sega CD, the Bandai CD has a faster loading time.
