Dillon's Rolling Western: The Last Ranger Nintendo 3DS (2013)
Grock Desert is a stage from Super Smash Bros. Strife. It is set atop Old Man Turtle's train from Dillon's Rolling Western: The Last Ranger.
Over the course of the battle, the stage's background will shift from daytime, to evening, to night, and so on.
Stage Layout[]
As previously mentioned, the stage is set atop Old Man Turtle's train from Dillon's Rolling Western: The Last Ranger. The train consists of a single brown car attached to the front engine of the train. The second car is flat, which contrasts the uneven platform that is the front car. The front car consists of a higher part on the right side, which then dips down a short bit, with the left end of the stage being the chimney and a small light attached to it.
Hazards[]
Like other stages that take place atop moving vehicles, falling off the train and touching the surrounding ground deals massive damage and upwards knockback.
In addition to this, two different types of Grocks will appear on the stage. The Footgrock, one of the basic types of Grock from the Dillon's Rolling Western series, will occasionally be standing on the railway. When the train hits them, they will fly up and over the train, dealing damage on touch. Some Footgrocks will land on the train, walking around for a short while before falling off the train; touching them will also deal slight damage.
The other type of Grock to appear on the stage is the Big Swinghorngrock. The Big Swinghorngrock will stand in front of the train, forcing it to stop. While it is on the track, touching its horns will cause massive damage to fighters; though they can now stand on the ground surrounding the train as it is no longer moving around them.
The train may also go through a tunnel at times. When in the tunnel, touching the ceiling will spike fighters downwards in a manner opposite to the moving ground.
