The Hyrule Warriors universe refers to the Hyrule Warriors series in reference to its representation within the Super Smash Bros. series of fighting games. Hyrule Warriors is a hack-and-slash spin-off of both Koei Tecmo's Warriors franchise and Nintendo's The Legend of Zelda series.
The Hyrule Warriors universe is only considered a proper universe in select fanon titles, as no content has appeared in any canon ones. Like the Mario Kart universe, the Hyrule Warriors universe is considered a direct sub-universe of the Legend of Zelda universe, and shares its series symbol.
Canon Content Edit
No Hyrule Warriors content has appeared in a canonical Super Smash Bros. title. Even if any were to, it would likely be classified as part of the Legend of Zelda universe.
Fanon Content Edit
As Koei Tecmo aided in the development of Strife, the game includes a variety of content from Hyrule Warriors and its 3DS port. The game itself only classifies the music from the series as part of the "Hyrule Warriors" universe, but this page will refer to all Zelda content that is based from it.
Playable Characters Edit
| ||Lana||Lana, who makes a prominent appearance as a central figure in the story of Hyrule Warriors, appears in Super Smash Bros. Strife as an unlockable character. Lana primarily uses attacks based around her Book weapon from the game, though several also incorporate her Spear weapon.|
| ||Linkle||Linkle, whom debuted in the 3DS port of Hyrule Warriors, appears as a default character in Super Smash Bros. Strife. Despite wielding two crossbows, she is a very physical attacker; attacking with a variety of kicks.|
