K.K. Bossa

K.K. Bossa
( Animal Crossing: City Folk )

K.K. Bossa, known as K.K.'s Rhythm in the Japanese film, is a song by K.K. Slider. The song is light and jazzy, and is often known to Japanese players as the theme song of Margie, as she requests it during the Fireworks Festival in the film. It is significant, as it is the only song in the series to have lyrics-albeit sung in Animalese, in-game.

LyricsEdit

In the film, the Japanese lyrics appear as subtitles on the bottom of the screen. When translated, the lyrics describe a peaceful journey.

A wave, a splash, a ripple
Ke Ke Ke
At the flow’s end, what shall be?
A present found on the seashore
That is when a door will open
Maybe it was the key
The door’s
other side
Lies excitement
Not just a faint breeze
In the same way
A switch of happiness
That way
You’ll have
Somehow have made it become
A wave, a splash, a ripple
Ke Ke Ke
At the flow’s end, what shall be?
A present found on the seashore
Is calling out to you
It seems to be.
