The Mii Gunner (Japanese: 射撃タイプ Shageki Taipu) is one of the three Mii Fighter classes present within the Super Smash Bros. series. The Mii is a heavily-customizable avatar created for the Nintendo Wii console, and later for use on the Nintendo 3DS and Wii U systems. The Mii Gunner is a customizable Mii Fighter that attacks with various close-ranged attacks.

Unlike other playable characters, the Mii Gunner has four unique special moves per directional input, as opposed to a single special move per direction with three variations of the move.

Victory Fanfare[]
The victory fanfare used by three Mii Fighter characters in Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS / Wii U is reused for Super Smash Bros. Strife. The fanfare is an excerpt of the Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS / Wii U main theme.
This fanfare is shared with the other two Mii Fighter classes: the Mii Swordfighter and Mii Brawler.

Alternate Costumes[]
Unlike other characters, the Mii Gunner does not have traditional alternate costumes. Players are able to mix-and-match various headgear pieces and outfits to create unique costumes for each Mii. Fighting Mii Gunner[]

The Fighting Mii Gunner is an unplayable version of the Mii Gunner that appears as part of the Fighting Mii Team. Fighting Mii Gunners do not have special moves, and instead use their generic standard, tilt, aerial, and smash attacks. Fighting Mii Gunners wear black and white uniforms with red gloves, and have a face chosen at random from Miis saved on the console.
