Mortal Kombat Trilogy Extended is a fighting game developed by Williams Entertainment, and developed and published by Midway for the Bandai CD Revolution. It's an extended version of the PlayStation version of Mortal Kombat Trilogy.
The game is nearly identical to Kabal MK's Sega Genesis hack Ultimate Mortal Kombat Trilogy with all 57 2D characters from the old school Mortal Kombat games. But unlike Kabal MK's hack UMKT, this game includes the Mortal Kombat 3 version of Noob Saibot (who is just Kano all blacked up) and 2 hidden characters, Hydro and a robot version of Chameleon.

Arenas[]
The game features 33 arenas from all 5 2D Mortal Kombat games (except the modified MKT versions of the MK1 & 2 stages).
Notes[]
- The game engine base for this game is based on the PS1 version of Mortal Kombat 3 and Saturn version of Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3.
- The soundtrack and voices are not featured in various low or high pitches, and are instead presented in their normal pitches. Even many sound glitches that MKT had are fixed (like MK1 Raiden's electrical grabbing attack using electric sounds instead of Raiden's death scream), and the voices for characters like Raiden, Baraka, and UMK3 Scorpion, and Ermac use the correct Jax/Kano voices.
- The man screaming "MORTAL KOMBAT!!!" is heard in the opening intro, once the title of the game comes up.
