Rainbow Road is a stage in Super Smash Bros. Strife. The stage takes place on a train that travels along the Rainbow Road course from Mario Kart 64 in its redesigned state from Mario Kart 8.

Paper Mario is fought here in his unlocking battle once the specific criteria to do so has been met.

Stage Layout Edit

SSBStrife stage layout - Rainbow Road

The majority of the stage takes place on the roof of the train that drives along the race course alongside a plethora of Shy Guys. The train may attach or detach a car to modify the length of the stage, but overall it remains very basic in its appearance.

Falling off the train and touching the course off either side of the stage will deal damage and knock the fighter upwards.

Hazards Edit

Aside from the modification of the length of the main platform, the only hazard on the stage are the giant Chomps that bounce around at certain points of the course. Though the Chomps will jump over the train, touching them as they travel over it will result in massive damage and knockback dealt. The second Chomp will also destroy the back-most car of the train.
