Wii U is a stage in Super Smash Bros. Strife. It is set within the gamepad of a Wii U console, and switches between a number of different games and applications.
Like the Hanenbow stage, all fighters appear to be flat while on the stage.
Stage Layout[]
The stage takes place primarily within the Wii U menu, though the menu is set in the background of the stage. While on the menu, the stage is flat and reaches to both the left and right blast lines.
The stage may enter a variety of different games or applications.
In the Mii Maker application, a second soft platform floats above the main one. This second platform also reaches to the left and right blast lines. Miis can also appear in the background, chosen from the system's storage.
In the Activity Log application, green bars will grow at various heights from the bottom of the screen, and act as the stage's platforms. Fighters can be KO'd off the bottom of the stage (in-between the green bars), or off the left or right of the stage.
In the eShop application, the stage will slowly scroll downwards, with the boxes of purchasable software acting as soft platforms that can be stood in or on. Once the bottom of the screen is reached, it will return to the Wii U menu.
Star Fox Guard is one of the games that can be opened. The Gamepad displays a map, which is made up of a variety of blue, red, and yellow lines. These lines act as platforms.
New Super Mario Bros. U is another game that can be opened. The stage is a slowly-scrolling recreation of the first level of the game, Acorn Plains Way.
